BENEVIL is a US-based online store selling hoodies to customers within the United States.

Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. You must provide accurate information when placing an order.

Product Information

We try to describe and display our hoodies as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different on different screens, and we do not guarantee that every description or image is completely error-free.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be successfully authorized before your order is processed.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of unavailable stock, pricing errors, or payment problems. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

Order Information

Please make sure your name, delivery address, and contact details are correct when you order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@benevil.com with your order number. After 24 hours, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

Shipping Information

We ship within the United States only, with free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (GMT-6).

Delivery takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days, using FedEx or DHL. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

We offer both exchanges and refunds, and we do not charge a restocking fee. If a return is due to a customer-related reason, such as wrong size, the customer pays the return shipping. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BENEVIL pays the return shipping.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to BENEVIL or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
